Our system is a powerful fraud alert network designed to protect both shop owners and customers.

For Users (Customers)

Users can visit our website to report details of their stolen or lost devices. After our verification process, the FraudShield Engine sends alerts to all registered shops across Sri Lanka.

When a thief attempts to sell the stolen device, the shop owner enters its IMEI number into the system. The FraudShield Engine then **automatically flags it as blacklisted** and displays the report along with the relevant shop and user details — ensuring quick detection and protection against fraudulent activity.

For Shop Owners

Add & Store Full Customer Records

Shop owners can securely add customer and device details — for example: customer name, address, phone number, ID copy scans, customer photo, device brand, model, IMEI, condition, and notes. All records can be saved to the cloud and accessed anytime, from anywhere.

Quick Blacklist Actions

  • Blacklist a Scammer: Add a fraudulent customer’s ID or phone number to the blacklist.
  • Blacklist a Device: Add a stolen or suspicious IMEI number to the blacklist.

Automatic, Island-Wide Protection

If the same person or device attempts to do business at **any other registered shop**, the FraudShield Engine instantly alerts that shop — showing the blacklist entry and related report details. This real-time sharing helps shops avoid fraud, reduce legal risk, and protect their business reputation.
